WARDOGS RECON Companion 0.3.0

START
Extract the entire ZIP, then double-click Launch RECON.cmd.
This package includes the compiled Windows application and its source.
Enter your exact nickname on Live tracking and read the capture notice.
Click Start live tracking. Keep RECON open or use Hide to tray.
The capture worker waits for the WARDOGS window; no desktop fallback is used.
Open your scoreboard normally with your highlighted player row visible.
No manual screenshots or F12 are required for live tracking.

WEBSITE
Use Website sync to pair with the administrator's one-time code.
Uploads and optional feed sharing are off by default on a new installation.
Enable Upload new accepted scoreboard readings, then Save upload settings.
Only readings collected after enabling uploads are queued.
Visit https://wardogsrecon.com/companion for profiles and pairing controls.
Profiles are private by default. The owner must sign in to see private data.
Scoreboards are uploaded approximately every 5 seconds while connected.
The visible web page polls every 3 seconds; this is not frame-by-frame streaming.
The two intervals, recognition time, and network delays all affect freshness.
Experimental feed estimates are never added to scoreboard totals.

PRIVACY AND LIMITS
Frames stay in memory. No screenshots, video, audio, game credentials, or raw scene text are uploaded.
The app does not read game memory, inject code, or automate game inputs.
This unofficial visual tracker is not publisher-approved or server-verified.
Full-match kill-feed accuracy and anti-cheat compatibility are not guaranteed.
Faint, obscured, or ambiguous entries can still be missed; unknown is not zero.
The app is unsigned. Do not disable antivirus or anti-cheat to run it.

LOCAL DATA AND UPDATES
Records are in %LOCALAPPDATA%\WardogsReconCompanion.
The new build preserves existing records and uses backups when saving changes.
No Windows startup entry is installed. Exiting RECON stops its helper.
Do not run two versions against the same data folder at once.
The original manual screenshot review tools remain available separately.

BUILD FROM SOURCE
On a supported Windows PC, run: powershell -NoProfile -File .\Build.ps1
The build uses the installed Windows .NET Framework compiler and WinRT metadata.

VALIDATION
88 automated desktop parser, storage, and sync checks passed on the test PC.
A saved real feed frame yielded all four expected player-name pairs.
The apparent self-event was classified separately and not counted as a kill.
Website tests used temporary private synthetic records, not gameplay statistics.
The browser received a changed test scoreboard without a manual refresh.
Those temporary website records were removed after testing.
No claim is made that every kill in an entire live match has been validated.

VERSION 0.3.0 CHANGES
Independent capture and recognition loops; isolated highlighted scoreboard row.
Individual feed-entry bounds, separate names, contrast-enhanced alternate text.
Cross-frame confirmation, duplicate suppression, and conservative self-event handling.
Authenticated opt-in website uploads, protected local token, durable retry queue.
Private/public profile controls, observation timestamps, and automatic web refresh.
